About the Role
Cluster Maintenance Manager, Hotel Du Vin
OTE up to £46,500 (inclusive of KPI bonus)

As a Maintenance Manager, you will take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities, and the management of the maintenance team to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and guest expectations are met during their stay.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Allocating responsibilities to the team
2. Completing the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules
3. Liaising with contractors
4. Ensuring health and safety on property
5. Meeting time deadlines
You must be organised, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on manager with excellent attention to detail. Experience in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is required, along with knowledge of electrics and health and safety. Computer literacy is essential for compliance and audit tasks.
