About the role: As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA), you’ll play an instrumental role in supporting students with boosters and interventions, focusing on special educational needs. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons. • Assisting with interventions and boosters to help students reach their full potential. • Providing one-to-one or small group support for children with SEN. • Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment. • Collaborating with the teaching team to assess and monitor student progress.
