Veterinary Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic, Halstead, South East

Salary: Up to £24,000 DOE
Catley Cross Veterinary Clinic is looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered for this role, varying from a minimum of 30 hours per week to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
Duties/ Responsibilities
* Greeting clients in reception
* Answering telephone calls and taking and distributing any messages accurately and effectively and dealing with client enquiries
* Booking and altering appointments
* Taking payments from clients
* Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
* Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
* Diary management
* Monitor and maintain office supplies
* General office filing
* Other ad-hoc tasks requested by the administration team
What we can offer you
We are a large, small animal and equine practice based in Halstead, Essex. You would be joining a well-established team of 6 nurses with varying years of experience, to work alongside supporting our 4-vet small animal team. Our wider team also consists of dedicated receptionists and animal care assistants. We are a friendly team with a real family feel, dedicated to maintaining a positive working environment. The successful person will receive full training and support from our fantastic group.

Working pattern
Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered (30-40 hours per week), therefore the working rota could vary over 3-5 days. Working hours may vary from 8.00 am until 7.00 pm.
