Are you a proactive and organised individual looking for a temporary administrative support role? Our client, a dynamic organisation based in Luton, is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join their office. This position is conveniently located just a 19-minute walk from Central Terminal train station, making it easily accessible for commuters.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations. Your tasks will include:
Handling daily crew administrative requests, including IT issues and email account management.
Collecting and organising incoming post and documents from Crew Coordinators (CC) and Flight Coordinators (FC) directed to Base Managers (BM) and Associated Base Managers (ABM).
Coordinating with the Office Manager to send post to HQ in Budapest or other bases as requested.
Managing shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
Collecting and verifying sick leave paperwork at your base.
Maintaining office equipment and managing company benefits.
Liaising with the appropriate department regarding parking allocations.
Keeping the base guide up to date and organising shredding services in collaboration with the Office Manager.
Collecting and processing Cabin Operation forms, including Crew Meal Forms and reports of lost, damaged, or injured items.
Ensuring Flight Operations flight envelopes are stored for a minimum of three months before destruction by contracted companies.
Handling stationary orders and airport office management in partnership with the Office Manager.
Following up on crew-related delay codes and reporting on-time performance to the COPS team.
Administering uniform orders, distribution, and handling complaints.
Coordinating crew meal orders and managing documentation replacements.
Supporting Base Managers with INTRO days and organising graduation days.
Conducting Cabin OPS inspections as per the annual inspections plan.
Updating trackers for NHPU, UFTG, LS, and UVLB.
Scheduling investigations and performance evaluations.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.
