Job summary We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, skilled individual with ideally in-patient mental health clinical care experience to come and join Learning and Development team as a Clinical Trainer on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Clinical Trainer will provide specialised education and training to all groups and levels of staff across the Trust. This will include mandatory and non-mandatory training provision. The core topics delivered are moving and handling, Safety Intervention, FFP3 Mask Fit testing and resuscitation. There will also be the opportunity to provide bespoke specialised training sessions / onsite training sessions to specific staff groups showing flexibility in approach based on assessment of need. We are seeking passionate individuals who are able to work within a team, act as a role model, empower staff and promote best practice. You must have good communication, interpersonal and training skills which will be proactive in the delivery of support, advice and training to all staff groups within the Trust. The successful applicant will have significant health care experience and be able to refer to this during training and mental health experience is preferable but not essential. You must also be a car driver as this is an essential requirement of the role.
