The role is fully office based in Dunbar, it requires an individual that has a full drivers license and access to a car as the office is not accessible by public transport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting and preparing technical submittals
* Managing and updating product and safety data sheets
* Revising and maintaining technical documentation and literature
* Organising and overseeing paperwork for site inspections and system certifications
* Contributing to the research and development (R&D) program
* Assisting in the creation and design of marketing collateral
* Maintaining and updating website content regularly
* Delivering customer support via telephone and email
Essential Skills:
1. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (or equivalent)
2. Experience working in an administrative role
3. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
