A skilled and driven Assistant Finance Manager with ideally 2 years of experience is needed to join the team at this leading aircraft charter company based in Farnborough on a full-time basis.
This role is office-based for 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
You will support the Finance Manager and Finance Director with day-to-day accounting activities and assist the wider team as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
* General accounts admin
* Obtain approval, code, and post supplier invoices onto the accounting system
* Generate sales invoices from their bespoke client management system and post to accounting system
* Prepare BACS runs for approval
* Post daily bank receipts and payments to accounting system
* Processing staff mileage and expenses
* Processing company credit card expenses
* Bank reconciliation (multi-currency)
* Updating daily Exchange Rates on all systems
* Monitoring daily communications and actioning/responding as needed
* Further ad-hoc duties as required
