The Sales Manager will manage the GB market within the MED Surgical unit of Uniphar Medtech. You will be highly motivated, with a passion for Sales in the Medical Device industry and will support our continued drive towards excellence in service.

Responsibilities:
* The Sales Manager will have responsibility for the development and performance of all products within their portfolio and will support the sales team towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.
* The Sales Manager is responsible for the growth of sales within their portfolio across Great Britain. The Sales Manager will also have responsibility for training and education for these products within the sales team.
* The Sales Manager will take responsibility for a sales territory.
* The Sales Manager will also target and develop new supplier partnerships for the GB market. There is a requirement to establish plans and strategies, which will expand the customer base in the marketing area.
* The Sales Manager will also work within a GB focused cross-specialty team that is driving growth across all aspects of the commercial business within the territory.
Role Requirements:
* Significant demonstrable knowledge in the field of Sales & Marketing within the UK Medical Device market.
* Industry knowledge & minimum 5 years experience in the medical device industry.
* Graduate level or relevant clinical qualification.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A Driver personality with the ability to deliver growth.
* Solution-driven & competitive mindset.
* Proven ability to develop sales across a large portfolio of products.
* Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management.
* Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Location Requirements:
* Location on territory to ensure growth and account management of the territory.
* Significant UK travel time in the field, supporting the sales team and engaging with customers through direct sales activities.
* Some EMEA travel as and when required for supplier engagement, training and conferences.
* Attend meetings in our head office in Dublin, Ireland and elsewhere as required.
