Our Art’s client is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and flexible Executive Assistant / Entertainment Manager to support the CEO.

This role covers managing the venue side of the business, and EA / PA support to the Founder, therefore, requires a strong multi-tasker who understands the requirements and dynamics of the industry. They will be required to uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times.
The role is primarily based in the central London venue office; however, PA support will involve two days based at the Principal's home in West London, with some flexibility to WFH.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* EA / PA support to Founder
* Gatekeeper and timekeeper for founders
* Venue event management / scheduling
* Prepare board activities – i.e. meeting materials, meetings, action plans / workstreams
* Plan team activities / appointments
* Project manage business initiatives (UK & International)
* Manage investor relationships
* Liaise / manage media partnerships
Hours: FT
Salary: £35-£40k
Based: Office / 2 days Principal's home
