Rate of Pay: £13.26 - £15.99 per Hour
Summary:
The Recruitment Officer will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process within the Employee Services Team. This includes ensuring a high standard of customer service, maintaining recruitment systems, and working within safe recruitment principles to ensure compliance with employment policies and pre-employment checks.
Responsibilities:
* Recruitment Process Management: Support the full recruitment cycle, from job advertisement to appointment, ensuring all stages are managed effectively and efficiently.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for Recruiting Managers, providing guidance at each stage of the recruitment process.
* Technology & Systems Management: Ensure the effective use of applicant tracking systems and other HR technology to support recruitment activity.
* Safe Recruitment & Compliance: Ensure that all pre-employment checks (DBS, references, employment history) are completed before employment commences.
* Data & Reporting: Retrieve and analyze recruitment data to provide accurate and timely responses to queries and reports.
Qualifications:
* GCSE/'O' Level standard or an equivalent vocational qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2).
* Alternatively, proven experience in a similar role.
Experience:
* Experience working with individuals at all levels within an organisation.
* Experience in retrieving and analyzing data for reporting purposes.
