Our trades team play a vital role in the provision of our services from repairing and maintaining existing housing stock to managing environmental improvements to provide more families in our community with a home. About the role We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission On the Job you will: Carry out a range of plumbing repairs and installations in occupied and non occupied properties Liaise with all other trades as required Carry out necessary administrative tasks associated including use of PDA's and recording accurate details of completed works Participate in the emergency call out cover outside normal working hours including on a rota basisAbout You We’re looking for someone who understands how important it is to have a safe place we can call home and who is motivated to support the local community. For this role you will need: To be numerate and literate and have NVQ Level 3 qualifications or equivalent practical experience in Plumbing. To hold a valid and current driving licence To have basic IT skills to carry out my job role as required.
