The role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional, who embraces continuous learning and growth. You will be responsible for supporting the People Business Partners drive the People agenda. Provide accurate HR advice and guidance to colleagues in support of day to day management of the employee lifecycle. The role will include project work and the ability to work confidently with data to deliver meaningful insights.
Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, this is an ideal role for someone with previous HR Advisor experience, with a solution focused mindset and detail orientated, who enjoys working in a fast paced but supportive environment. The ideal candidate will also have some experience of Employee Relations or be confident in dealing with and advising colleagues on employment policy/procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to People Business Partners on a variety of topics including employee relations cases.
Monitor, analyse and manage absence. Identify trends and propose solutions as appropriate.
Support with on/off boarding process including conducting first day induction, employee check-in meetings and probation process tracking. Conduct exit interviews and ensure insights are appropriately considered to promote continuous improvement.
Work with People team colleagues in the Operation and L&D verticals in support of continuous process improvement and support project deliver.
Participate in various People team change initiatives, programs and policies as we continue to innovate our systems and processes.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
Excellent HR administration skills with experience of managing and advising on all stages of the employment lifecycle.
Demonstrates creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to build and maintain relationships to work cross functions and confidently with multiple stakeholders.
Experience of delivering and working through Change is desirable.
Experience of SuccessFactors and Bridge systems would be beneficial.
Working towards a CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential (support offered
