Job Description
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for managing the local people requirements within the UK sites. In addition, you will act as Business Partner to the UK MD and Senior Leadership team and will translate business strategy into a people agenda that builds organisational capability to meet business goals. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
This is a 12 month FTC.
Your responsibilities:
1. Become a trusted advisor on all people matters to the Senior Leadership Team, coach and mentor Senior Leaders to be empowered around people, engagement and performance topics.
2. Design and deliver people initiatives and services through close partnership with other people functions and Corporate CoEs on systems, processes and programmes in line with global people governance.
3. Analyse data and surveys to improve people engagement and retention.
4. Drive complex organisational change and transformation programmes, redesigning structures around strategic objectives.
5. Lead strategic workforce planning processes; identify and build skills and capabilities against strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
6. Successful track record of building and leading the people function in multinational organisation (preferably in fast-paced sales or service environment).
7. Demonstrated success in working effectively at C-suite with a high degree of impact and influence.
8. Experience of managing a cultural shift or transformational change.
9. Proven track record in developing leaders and people professionals alike.
10. Able to apply a commercial approach and business acumen to ensure people strategy supports business agenda.
