Are you someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring senior leaders have the insights and materials they need to lead with confidence? If you're detail-oriented and data-savvy, this job is for you!
A bit about the job:
You'll play a central role in the CIO Office – shaping how we report on performance, communicate strategy, and engage with senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll lead the creation of board packs, executive updates, presentations, and reporting documents that tell a clear and insightful story. This role offers pace, variety, and significant visibility, making it ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, clarity, and impact. You will also:
* Support the CIO by creating clear, concise communications for senior forums, board meetings, and internal updates.
* Work closely with key stakeholders to gather insights, interpret data, and shape meaningful messaging.
* Maintain oversight of performance metrics and operational reporting.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Exceptional writing skills, an eye for detail and the desire to continue iterating until we are ready to submit
* Experience of working with senior stakeholders and producing compelling business writing
* Excellent skills with core Office programmes (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word), defining best practice and supporting others in producing great materials
* Ability to work independently and handle competing priorities
* High level of personal organisation and self-motivation as well as the aspiration to understand the technical context of queries and identify priorities for escalation.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Starting salary between £50,000-£60,000 (national), £65,000-£75,000 (London) (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity - 12% (E grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

* Brilliantly supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.
* Flexible benefits to suit you, including sustainability options such as cycle to work.
