The Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in rural property/estate management with good communication skills
* MRICS qualification (preferably 3-4 years plus) and experience in delivering advice across various asset classes
* FAAV and RICS Registered Valuer status desirable
* Ability to build relationships with clients, generate new opportunities, and manage complex workloads
* Experience in managing teams and developing talent
