Rutherford Cross is delighted to be supporting our client to appoint a 6-month Interim Supply Chain Analyst for a growing food business in East Kilbride. Key Responsibilities: Drive availability in retail customers by analysing stock, waste and order volumes in line with agreed parameters and suggest adjustments Validate that customer order forecasts reflect the expected seasonality changes and ranging agreements Chair regular calls with customer equivalents to plan, agree and execute changes to drive growth for both parties Work closely with Supplier Managers to manage supplier data and request changes to supply to drive availability across all our customers Analyse customer data to identify patterns or gaps to drive improvements across all related parties Assist with managing and processing errored orders in our order “queue” to ensure supply Manage the key data points between customers and suppliers to allow orders to be transmitted smoothly between all parties Field phone calls from customers to assist with order related issues
