Job Description
* Manage the delivery of IT services to ensure alignment with organisational needs and objectives.
* Develop and implement service management processes and procedures.
* Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and manage any issues or escalations.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of IT services.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and requirements.
* Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
* Prepare and manage the IT service management budget.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the IT service management team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Service Manager should have:
* Experience in IT service management within a large organisation.
* Experience of Oracle Cloud is a must
* Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex IT issues.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
* A really proactive person who can identify and react to problems quickly as they arise.
