Benefits: Central location Hybrid working (1 day a week in office) Full-time or part-time contracts considered Family friendly policies As a HR Advisor you will: Lead on a complex restructuring project Ensure compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations Ensure employees feel informed and involved throughout the process To be successful as a HR Advisor you will: Hold a CIPD Level 5 Have up to date employment law knowledge Be values driven in your approach Be proficient in the use of SharePoint and Microsoft Packages In return, we are offering an hourly rate of £22.65 holiday pay.
