Fund Accounting Manager On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for a Fund Accounting Manager for a 6-month contract (Hybrid) based in London. Purpose of the role: As a Fund Accounting Manager, you will support the Fund CFO - Debt in managing various debt products, ensuring efficient platform operations. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, governance, liquidity management, and compliance while collaborating with key stakeholders. Additionally, the position requires maintaining relationships with service providers and ensuring regulatory adherence within the alternative credit platform. As a Fund Accounting Manager you will be responsible for: Overseeing financial reporting, including NAV reviews, capital statements, and quarterly/annual financial statements. Managing liquidity forecasting, treasury activities, and ensuring effective liquidity management. Ensuring strong governance, legal, and regulatory compliance for the platform. Leading audit and tax reporting processes, coordinating with external advisors. Serving as the first point of contact for noteholders and key stakeholders on finance and operations matters. Skills and Qualifications Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA) with at least 7 years PQE. Minimum 5 years of experience in the Alternative Investment Fund industry. Strong knowledge of CLOs, liquid debt (primary & secondary), and securitization. Proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards. In-depth understanding of alternative products, tax, legal, and regulatory environments.
