The Role
The position of Associate Digital Engineering Lead provides a high level of Digital Engineering knowledge by supporting the ongoing activities of a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy. This includes collaborating with internal and external clients, bid teams and project delivery teams to guide the development of capability.
This role is based in our London office where you will be involved in both local and regional projects.
Duties
* Develop and implement Digital Engineering standards and frameworks, with a focus on providing solutions and workflows which enhance delivery.
* Provide specialist advice and demonstrate advanced technical skills, ensuring that Digital Engineering tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMEC.
* Providing leadership and proactively collaborating with team members, contributors, and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness, and coordination of project deliverables.
* Providing Digital Engineering leadership to major bid and project teams
* Leading work technically and contractually
* Providing project setup and governance
* Assuming responsibility for the BIM Coordination team of various scale projects. with cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling, and meeting deadlines and budgets.
About You
* Previous experience leading a team of technical personnel from small to large size projects
* Proven experience working on a variety of civil projects (ideally with dam projects)
