If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you!\n\nAs a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the organisation, providing administrative support across the practise. You will be responsible for answering calls, coordinating front-desk activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.\n\nWhy work for this company?\n\n27 Days Annual Leave + Additional Birthday Off\nBuy & Sell up to 8 Days Holiday\nDental Insurance\nFirm Bonus\nPrivate Medical Coverage \n\nDuties:\n\nGreeting clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and courteous demeanour and managing check-ins with efficiency.\nManaging a multi-line phone system to answer and redirect calls promptly while maintaining professionalism.\nCoordinating conference room bookings and ensuring meeting spaces are prepared and well-equipped for use.\nHandling mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as needed.\nMaintaining a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company's commitment to high standards.\nAssisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents or reports for meetings.\nAdhering to security protocols by managing visitor logs, issuing access badges, and monitoring building entry procedures.
\n\nRequirements:\n\nReception experience is essential.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.\nPrevious experience in a corporate/professional environment.\nExcellent attention to detail and a calm, positive demeanour.\nA methodical and organised approach to tasks, with a focus on high-quality service. \n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency.
