Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Blackpool and Fylde
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,050 to £26,455 per annum plus £60 per sleep in
We require Children's Residential Support Workers to work shifts at one of our residential homes for children and young people. The home is a 2 bed, mixed EBD home in St Annes, rated OFSTED Good. All our homes are Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding
Gracewells provide exemplary care and support for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Our homes are detached modern working environments, with most bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms.
The working attention of a residential support worker will focus on young people's daily support and preparations for adulthood.
We will support your learning and professional development and pay for your Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare if you don't already have this qualification.

A shift-based working pattern to an average of 37 hours per week with the opportunity to work additional hours
The basic salary is from £24,050 to £26, 455 subject to qualifications
In addition, sleep-ins are paid at £60 each

Requirements
A valid UK driver's Licence is required
