The role of Central Reservations Co-ordinator is to ensure our guests are provided with the most efficient and polite service whilst making their reservations either by telephone or online. The role will involve answering calls, emails, online chat, processing payments, assisting guests with queries, upselling on services available during guest stays, supporting properties with administration needs and much more. The role is an exciting and challenging position where no two days are the same. * Be a Coaching Inn Group Ambassador : Have full knowledge of The Coaching Inn Group as a brand, and all site capabilities to ensure all sites maximise sales
* To use our reservations system to receive bedroom bookings by both phone and email
* To drive sales via telephone, email and online chat by offering additional services to enhance the guests stay
* Follow brand guidelines to ensure all bookings are secure and limit risk to sites

Please note this is a Part- time role, of 24 hours per week, 3 days a week based in Boston, Lincolnshire in our Head Office and the role includes some evenings and weekends on a rotation basis.
