BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working with a manufacturing organisation in the Teesside area to assist them in their recruitment for a HR Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. BackgroundReporting into the HR Manager this role is ideal for an HR Administrator or HR Assistant looking for a new challenge. The role is full time site based until after probation is passed but then will be 4 days on site/1 day working from home. Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe role will encompass providing support on the full employee lifecycle including:
* Administering the recruitment process
* Conducting pre-employment checks
* Maintaining the HRIS and producing reports as required
* Ensuring all probationary period information is completed and filed correctly
* Ensure new starters receive the correct onboarding emails prior to join
* Supporting with payroll
* Support with employee relation casework
Person specification
* Previous HR administration experience is essential
* Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
