* Youre the first faceour guests see and you have your own way of treating them asindividuals making them feel welcome and their stay special the Hoxway.
* Deal with the coming and going of guestsmaking sure all bills are correct and contain nosurprises.
* Work with all our teams to make surewere always busy and help our Front Office Manager with anyoverbooking levels.
* Answer phones sort outrequests give recommendations to the best show to see and thelatest popup restaurant to try in the area youre the onestopshopfor our guests to turn to.
* Inspire ourreceptionists to create a memorable effortless Hox experience forour guests from when they arrive over the course of their stay anduntil they get their bill and head offagain.
* Keeping the team motivated and informedof daytodayactivities.
Qualifications:

* Individuals. Yourelooking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suitshere.
* Passion for hospitality whether thats adrink a meal an event or a bed for thenight.
* Youre all about having a positive impacton the people you interact with leaving them with a memorableexperience.
* Youre not precious. We leave ouregos at the door and help get thingsdone.

* Previous hotel (or similar) experienceideally having led/supervised a team.
* Must befluent in Spanish and English Catalan and additional languages willbe highly valuable.
* Previous experience withOpera PMS is anadvantage.
