We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join a residential service in West Molesey, near Surbiton. This home offers care and support for boys and girls up to the age of 18 and is currently home to five young people. Senior Support Worker's Salary: Up to £33,500 £50 per sleep-in (minimum 1 per week) About the role: You will play a key role in supporting children and young adults, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential. Hours are a combination of early shifts ( 7.30 - 15.00), late shifts (14 - 23.00), long days (7.30 - 23.00) and sleep-in (23.00 - 7.30) Senior Support Worker Requirements: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or an equivalent qualification (e.g., a degree in Health and Social Care) or currently working towards it. Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is essential-candidates without one will not be considered. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting is required.
