Job Duties:
* Providing support to students with challenging behaviour in an educational setting
* Assisting teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies
* Monitoring and recording student behaviour and progress
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students
* Collaborating with educational staff to create individualised behaviour plans
* Participating in meetings with parents and other professionals to discuss student progress
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
Education:
A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Experience:
Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of behaviour management techniques
* Ability to work effectively within a team
* Good organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in behaviour support or education
* First aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role will involve working in an educational environment, collaborating closely with teachers, students, and parents. The ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations is essential. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work for meetings or events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
