The Role:
As a Senior Data Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for interfacing with customers, representing BJSS' deep technical expertise. You'll lead delivery teams by example, providing insight to enable them to craft exceptional solutions that delight our clients.
You'll mentor others to ensure they see the bigger picture and meet our high standards, while championing their expertise. Your hands-on approach, balance of innovation and pragmatism, and drive to learn will set you apart.
Your Qualifications:
* Deep knowledge of data ecosystems, including Databricks, data modeling approaches, public cloud services (AWS and Azure), and security/privacy applications.
* Experience with Agile, C-level stakeholder engagement, and the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
* Prioritize quality, delivering excellent solutions, and mentoring junior team members.
