About The Role
As Head of Sales, you will oversee sales operations across the Southwest, driving business growth and ensuring a first-class customer experience. Your leadership will be key in building a high-performing sales team and fostering strong relationships with customers and brand partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the sales team to maximise opportunities in both new and existing markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and key customers.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to drive targeted sales campaigns.
* Continuously review and refine sales processes for maximum efficiency.
* Manage new and used stock levels to achieve sales targets.
* Use data-driven insights and CRM tools to drive strategic decision-making.

* Essential: Previous experience in a senior sales role within the HGV or commercial vehicle industry.
* Proven Leadership: Track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
