The Head Occupational Therapist would be working within the community based Specialist Mental Health Team for Older People in Watford. Full or part time hours, no shift working. Main duties of the job The Head OT would co-ordinate and oversee the community OT service for Older People across the South West quadrant. They wouldcarry a caseload as well as having managerial responsibilities which would include, supervision, service development, recruitment and retention, training etc. Training opportunities would be available for the enthusiastic applicants who could fulfil this role.
