Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 6pm, Fridays from 8:30am to 5pm (please note, this is a hybrid role where you will be able to work two days from home a week).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The main purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient support to the Company to help deliver the required service standards, revenue, and profit expectations for SAS and to help generate and develop new business.
Duties will include:
* To manage and process all incoming jobs in a timely and accurate manner using the Company’s designated software systems.
* To manage the Chartered Surveyors’ diaries and territories in order to maximise revenues in line with targets, achieving a minimum of 5 points per day averaged over the year, reviewed monthly.
* To ensure the achievement of service standards, turnaround times, and all other relevant KPI’s.
* To monitor and manage PVQs from clients and surveyors’ responses.
* To provide and promote a professional service to all providers of work to ensure a smooth and productive business relationship.
* To manage and convert referrals and business opportunities from all sources, providing a professional and positive service.
* Identify and develop new sources of business and ensure all opportunities are maximised.
* To assist in providing daily updates regarding referrals from Stirling Ackroyd Group and ensuring all targets are met and league tables are updated regularly.
* To work with Stirling Ackroyd Group branch employees to help them generate referrals and instructions.
* To respond to incoming telephone enquiries, carrying out activities arising from the call.
* To respond to any minor service standard issues in a timely fashion.
* To carry out general administrative duties including distributing completed survey reports, processing payments for services, issuing terms and conditions, post, and any other general office duties.
* To provide support and assistance to the Senior Team Administrator and Team Leader as and when required.
* To provide relief support for the typing of reports for the Surveyors (where applicable).
Skills required:
* Strong written and verbal communication, including strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport and long-standing relationships; to remain appropriate, accurate, and in line with company expectations at all times.
* Ability to be empathetic and/or assertive when required with a high emphasis on building relationships.
* Ability to work as part of a team, effectively contributing toward departmental projects, KPI’s, and wider objectives. Recognises the need to support others even where this is likely to increase personal workload.
* Strong time management skills with a structured and organised approach to workload, able to manage complex and fluid workloads, re-prioritising where required to ensure deadlines are achieved.
* Strong IT skills, with a willingness to learn and keep up to date, able to effectively utilise software to capture updates.
* A high attention to detail, able to identify errors and rectify when required.
Education:
* GCSE Maths and English – Grade C or above (Grade 4).
