This role is ideal for someone who loves tackling diverse design challenges and has a passion for creating engaging visual content that drives results. You’ll be joining our existing designer and work across both digital marketing ad creation (Facebook and Instagram ads) and UI/front-end design, ensuring our brand remains innovative, cohesive, and impactful across all touch points.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Ads Design
* Ideate, create, and test engaging paid media assets for Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, our two biggest acquisition channels.
* Develop and test a range of creative hooks and ad variants to optimize campaign performance.
* Design and develop both static and video ad assets, ensuring high-quality output for digital marketing campaigns.
UI & Front-End Design
* Use Figma to refine and improve the current mobile-first site design and ensure a seamless user experience.
* Collaborate with product and development teams to conceptualize and design new features, creating prototypes for A/B testing and full rollout.
* Ensure all designs meet user needs and align with business goals.
Graphic Design
* Create visually stunning marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and promotional assets that align with our brand identity.
* Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and touch points.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in graphic and UI/UX design, preferably in a B2C sector or startup environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Design Expertise: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, best practices, and an ability to create innovative and conversion-driven designs.
* Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, including UX/UI design, graphic design, and branding projects.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Highly creative, innovative, and detail-oriented.
* Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to wear multiple hats.
* Self-motivated with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Bonus Points: Experience in A/B testing and familiarity with data-driven design iterations.
