Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Automotive establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Automotive sector, with a focus on team management and customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all aspects of the business, including safety and service quality, are maintained to the highest standards. The General Manager will play a crucial role in leading the team and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily operations of the Company, ensuring smooth functionality across all departments including sales & service.
2. Supervise and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
3. Implement and maintain standards in accordance with Franchise regulations.
4. Coordinate agreed processes, ensuring quality and consistency in all operations.
5. Manage and reach agreed sales targets.
6. Develop and execute training programs for staff in customer service skills.
7. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
9. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offers effectively.
Skills
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry.
2. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
3. Proficient in supervising staff across all departments.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
5. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges that arise during operations.
7. Excellent IT skills are required.
