Lifestyles have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven leader for the role of Deputy Manager within our service.
You will be required to work as part of our multi disciplinary team to create a therapeutic and safe environment where young people can feel secure, cared for and valued.
Supporting the Registered Manager, you will be working with a maximum of 3 young people aged between 6-12 years. You will work to build positive relationships with the staff team, young people, assessing strengths and looking at innovative ways to overcome any challenges that our young people experience.
Lifestyles staff and management team are supported by a multi disciplinary team of health and care professionals including a clinical psychologist, a registered nurse, an occupational therapist, a safeguarding specialist, a positive behaviour support specialist and a psycho therapist/ trauma specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As a Deputy Manager you will help guide your team to deliver the highest standards of care and working in line with minimum standards 2019 and children's home regulations 2005
2. Work co-operatively with children's services, health agencies and other community based services, networking to ensure the young people are receiving the most effective service and achieving their true potential.
