Join the Stoneygate Centre for Empathic Healthcare as a Network Meta-Analysis (NMA) Research Assistant. Support ground-breaking research to determine which aspects of empathy training and empathic behaviours most effectively improve patient outcomes. In this role, you'll conduct NMA, perform data analysis, and contribute to research output. Your work will inform future NIHR funding applications and contribute to the evidence-base behind our innovative training programme, to develop compassionate, resilient healthcare practitioners. About you The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as medical statistics, and practical experience applying research skills to deliver high-quality outputs within specified timelines. A PhD, or ongoing PhD studies, in a relevant field is desirable. You will demonstrate strong research potential, enthusiasm for the subject area, and a commitment to high-quality research.
