This GP surgery is searching for a Practice Nurse to work within their GP practice based in Norwich.
This service works throughout a multitude of services to provide the best care to their patients. These include GP appointments and Practice Nurse Appointments, seeing a variety of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems. The practice prides themselves on their high-quality patient care and quality standards and their ability to tailor their services to suit their individual patient’s health and wellbeing needs; really setting them apart as a collective!
As a successful Practice Nurse for this role, you should have transferable skills that you can bring into a GP primary care setting to support a network of patients which may include responsibilities such as Wound Care, Venepuncture, Child and Adult Immunisations, Spirometry, ECG, Chronic Disease Management and Minor Illness and Injury experience. Being a part of a small, well-knit team with this role will give you the opportunity to utilise your clinical skills in an autonomous manner to your full potential!

Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with the NMC
* At least 1 year’s experience to be considered for the role.
* Passion for high quality patient care.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

This practice is based in Norwich, commutable from Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Watton, Diss, Dereham, Beccles, Cromer, Fakenham, Stalham and Southwold.
