About the Role:
We are seeking a capable Site Manager to oversee operations on a variety of projects, ensuring smooth execution and high standards. This role emphasizes crafting innovative infrastructure solutions across housing, commercial, residential, and extra care sectors. The successful candidate will engage with both public and private sector projects, ensuring adherence to UK design standards.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and site activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor progress and coordinate efforts with subcontractors to maintain timelines.
• Conduct safety checks and audits to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• work closely with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners to ensure seamless project execution of projects.
• Ensure all work complies with building regulations and maintains strict quality standards.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of building practices and regulations.
• Experience with internal finishes and M&E (fit-outs and finishes in hotels or residential projects) is preferred.
• Previous experience managing large-scale projects is advantageous.
