Our client, based in Coventry looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to support their head office on a permanent basis. Please note, you must have admin or receptionist experience.
£24,000
9-5:30, Monday-Friday
Receptionist Duties will include:
1. Greeting all visitors to the office
2. Handling incoming telephone calls and operating the switchboard, transferring all relevant calls
3. Taking messages and delivering these to the appropriate person
4. A variety of administrative tasks to support the office
You will have:
5. Experience of front of house in professional services
6. Experience in a Receptionist role
7. Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
8. Competent with IT
9. This would suit someone who has worked as a legal receptionist
Candidates do need their own transport due to the location of the office.
