Job Description:
As a Recruitment Consultant in the Preclinical market, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing top-tier candidates in roles that span across toxicology, pharmacology, and other preclinical disciplines. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process and foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the preclinical market to understand their hiring needs and recruitment challenges.
2. Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, ensuring a match in skills, experience and cultural fit.
3. Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client consultation to candidate placement, including negotiation of salary and contract terms.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and regulatory changes that impact the preclinical market.
5. Provide consultancy and guidance to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
6. Maintain accurate records and data in the recruitment database and provide regular updates to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, related fields or certifications in recruitment are advantageous.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining professional relationships.
3. Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Driven and ambitious, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
5. You must be in possession of a UK drivers license.
