CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE JOB SUMMARY:As a Customer Service Associate, you will be an integral member of the team, supporting the smooth running of a busy and dynamic department and providing a first-class service throughout.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE:
* Supporting the customer order fulfilment process and to be able to offer solutions when orders can not be fulfilled.
