Salary: £50,000-£55,000 depending on experience
Location: UK Office, Bournemouth
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day a week on-site)

What’s the role about?
As a Senior Product Owner, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of several small to medium products while contributing to more complex projects with support. You’ll lead discovery and development cycles, ensuring that product roadmaps align with user needs and business goals. Beyond backlog management, you’ll drive strategic decision-making, guide teams through product lifecycles, and champion a high standard of execution.
This role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a positive team culture, and collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Product Ownership:
* Manage product lifecycles from concept to delivery, balancing user needs with business objectives.
* Define and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring development aligns with strategic goals.
* Lead continuous improvement efforts, iterating based on user feedback and analytics.
Discovery & Development Leadership:
* Facilitate discovery and design (D&D) workshops to define product visions and requirements.
* Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Work closely with developers and designers to ensure seamless execution and product quality.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
* Act as the key link between clients, internal teams, and end-users, translating needs into actionable plans.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing insight and managing expectations effectively.
* Support strategic discussions, offering data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Mentorship & Leadership:
* Guide and mentor product owners, fostering their growth and development.
* Advocate for best practices in product management, ensuring quality and efficiency.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, where collaboration and innovation thrive.

We’re seeking someone with leadership qualities, technical expertise, and a proven track record in digital product delivery. Here’s what we’d love to see:
* Your experience:
o 3+ years in product ownership or management, ideally in a digital agency or SaaS environment.
o Proven experience delivering mobile and web applications, working closely with design and development teams.
o Strong understanding of agile methodologies, leading sprints and managing iterative product development.
o Experience working across diverse industries and navigating complex technical landscapes.
* Your skills:
o A strong decision-maker, capable of weighing trade-offs and driving product success.
o Adept at problem framing and solution design, ensuring value for both users and businesses.
o A natural collaborator, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
o Skilled in roadmap creation and backlog management, balancing competing priorities.
o Confident in client discussions, providing strategic insights and practical solutions.
