Revive Collagen is hiring a Marketing Manager.

THE ROLE
This role is both strategic and operational reporting into the Global Communications Director. As our Marketing Manager, you will shape and drive the marketing strategy of the company. You will work in a multi-functional team to help elevate the brand’s visibility and ensure we maintain our leading position within the global wellness market. This role will play a critical part in identifying growth opportunities, driving customer acquisition, and maximising brand presence through dynamic and performance-driven marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Help develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term marketing strategy that positions Revive Collagen as the global leader in the ingestible collagen market.
* Work with Global Communications Director to create and execute a multi-channel marketing plan, encompassing digital, PR, partnerships, influencer marketing, and retailer strategies to drive brand awareness and growth globally.
* Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, both domestic and international, to expand brand presence and revenue streams.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms and customer touchpoints, including digital, retail, and packaging.
* Bring thought-leadership and digital excellence to innovative and disruptive brand activity in the regions to raise total brand awareness and create memorable, big-brand moments.
* Lead the charge in creative marketing initiatives that differentiate Revive Collagen in a competitive marketplace.
* Oversee the development of brand campaigns, photo shoots, product launches, and seasonal marketing plans that support key business initiatives and resonate with target audiences.
* Develop and protect the brand identity, ensuring it remains at the forefront of industry trends while reflecting our values and goals.
* Work in partnership with the Head of eCommerce & Digital on all digital marketing strategies to drive online customer acquisition and retention.
* Collaborate with the Head of eCommerce & Digital to enhance the performance of the Revive Collagen website and drive direct-to-consumer sales through optimised digital user experiences.
* Manage online marketing budgets effectively, maximising ROI through cost-efficient ad placements and data-driven decision-making.
* Work closely with the product development team to create compelling product marketing strategies that align with Revive Collagen's growth objectives.
* Drive the go-to-market strategy for all product launches, from concept through execution, including packaging, pricing, promotions, and post-launch analysis.
* Collaborate with the global sales and distribution teams to create marketing assets that support product launches in retail environments and across online platforms.
* Ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing campaigns of Revive Collagen's ambassador and influencer program.
* Develop innovative commercial brand partnership opportunities.
* Analyse and interpret consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape data to inform and shape the marketing strategy.
* Monitor key performance metrics across campaigns and channels, reporting on performance to senior leadership while recommending data-driven adjustments.
* Conduct customer segmentation analysis to better understand core customer groups and refine marketing efforts to increase engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
* Work closely with other departments, including sales, product, communications/PR, customer service, and eCommerce, to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and create a seamless customer journey.
* Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to ensure in-store marketing opportunities are maximised.
* Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that elevate the brand and expand its reach into new markets.
* Manage Marketing & PR Assistant.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years of marketing experience in a similar role, specifically within the beauty, wellness, or nutrition field.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful BIC marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results with creative flair.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a small multi-disciplinary team.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, used to working at pace.
* Start-up experience is desirable.
* The ability to scale a brand.
* Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Data-driven approach with experience in using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
* Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Flexibility and the ability to work in a small fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, showing remarkable attention to detail whilst also being results-driven.
* Excellent English written and verbal skills.
* A passion for wellness and beauty sectors is a necessity.
* A degree is preferable, but not essential.
* To be open to travel (where required).
* Hybrid working - office based 2-3 fixed days a week in Central London office.
* Valid working rights for the UK.
