Part-time - 3 days per week; initially office-based, with potential to work hybrid, but mainly office-based, once familiarity with the role and business has been established.
Essential Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills with close attention to detail and record keeping.
2. A great organiser and planner with the ability to multitask.
3. Experience of working with CRM systems.
4. Experience of working with Email Marketing Systems.
5. Experience in managing social media channels.
6. Experience in creating and managing digital assets.
Duties include:
1. Responsible for incoming calls.
2. Making outbound calls.
3. Provide product/price information as requested.
4. Update and maintain Brevo Email & CRM databases.
5. Communicate product/company news using LinkedIn.
6. Refer customers to the best product when required.
7. Communicate product/company news using Facebook and Instagram.
8. Book stand and arrange furniture, lighting, catalogue, etc.
9. Arrange quotes and transportation to site.
10. Respond to press enquiries.
