Job title: Digital Estate & Technology Team Leader
Location: Samlesbury. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Salary: £54,793+ dependant on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
* You will be leading the Samlesbury team responsible for providing design support to Investment Projects and ensuring that legislative and business critical drawing records are kept up to date
* A large part of your role will be day-to-day delegation of tasks and facilitation of workload including the deployment of the systems, policies, processes and standards the team needs to be aware of and work to
* You will ensure you provide general guidance on work related queries, co-ordination of business reporting requirements, providing support to the local manager in relation to resourcing, budgetary requirements and performance management
Your skills and experiences:
* Proven 2D and 3D CAD experience in the built environment using packages such as: Bentley MicroStation, Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Revit
* Strong understanding of workplace and building related regulations
* An ability to lead a team ensuring deliverables are achieved to the required quality, cost, and delivery

The Digital Estate and Technology Team:
The team is responsible for looking after the digital records of the facilities and estates for the Company and the implementation of innovative technology within the built environment.
