Your role: we have an excellent opportunity for a QC Specialist to join our team in Stirling. As a QC Specialist, you will ensure quarantine materials are received and released for use as per appropriate quality procedures. You will support Inventory Management (IM) and Operations through the timely release of quarantine items into stock, meeting regulatory standards (GxP). Duties of the role also include maintaining appropriate ERP/LIMS system records to ensure material traceability, as required by the quality system; managing the New Component Form (NCF) process including completion of appropriate QC documentation and system transactions; supporting QC efforts in improving control, response and quality of QC BRIQS record management and Doc control. The ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with operational, support services and quality assurance personnel will be critical for success in this role. There will be a requirement in this role to work from both Stirling and Glasgow sites. Who You Are: Previous experience working in a Stores / Parts / Quality Control materials release environment is required Previous Pharmaceutical experience would be ideal; however, other industry backgrounds would be considered e.g. food & drink, automotive You will have previous work experience within a GLP / GMP regulated environment would be highly desirable ERP / SAP or Oracle experience would be highly desirable; however, training will be provided You are strongly focused on quality and safety, with strong planning and organisational skills You have good communication and interpersonal skills and are highly self-motivated, with strong initiative and drive You have a good standard of written and spoken English and are computer literate What we offer: With us, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
