We have a great opportunity to join our esteemed anti-social behaviour team! We are looking to fill a position addressing anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues across Wiltshire.
You'll be an integral part of our small anti-social behaviour team, collaborating seamlessly with various services across both the Council and Wiltshire Police to tackle crime. The role is as dynamic as it is fascinating, and you'll find unwavering support from colleagues within the Public Protection Service.
As an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, you will manage, plan and assist in a coordinated response from Wiltshire Council to deal with ASB cases between residents as and support strategies to reduce crime, disorder, anti-social behaviour and fear of crime in our communities. You will work closely with Wiltshire Police, community safety partners and housing associations to promote problem-solving approach to tackle issues. This may include taking enforcement action using Closure Orders, Community Protection Warnings and Notices.
We are looking for a candidate with enthusiasm and determination to develop new approaches and initiatives to achieve the best possible outcomes for communities being impacted by Anti-Social Behaviour. You need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to engage and influence customers, partners, and stakeholders, in complex situations.
