What you'll do: Oversee and coordinate contractor maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards. Diagnose and repair electrical issues in domestic appliances, replacing faulty lights and completing PAT tests. Provide general maintenance support including plumbing, painting, and decorating of studios and communal areas. Keep the site grounds well-maintained and clear of rubbish. Assist with resident queries, emergency procedures, and ensure smooth transitions during move-ins and move-outs. What youll bring: 18th Edition electrical qualification. Experience in general maintenance (basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.). Strong communication and customer service skills. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently. Full driving license and use of a vehicle.
