Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across land, air, sea, and warehousing logistics.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
* Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to meet client needs and company goals.
* Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in the freight and logistics industry.
* Experience in land, air, sea, and warehousing logistics is essential.
* Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
