Accommodation/ Hotel Contracts Manager is required for this excellent bespoke travel brand to work alongside their vibrant contracts team.
About the Role
As Contracts Manager, you will combine your passion for travel with commercial expertise. You will source exceptional products and services for tours, ensuring high-quality experiences. You will collaborate with suppliers, travel internationally to assess destinations and help shape memorable journeys.
What You’ll Bring as Contracts Manager
Proven experience in travel procurement/ contracting/ contracts management/ purchasing, ideally for group ski or tours in Europe/North America.
Strong health and safety knowledge, including safeguarding for travel.
Commercial awareness and organisational skills to manage priorities and identify opportunities.
Negotiation expertise and the ability to build lasting supplier relationships.
Knowledge of the school travel market and fluency in French (preferred).
A passion for travel and a clean driving license for supplier visits.

Work Arrangements
