Working 24 hours per week as a Health & Wellbeing Advisor at our sites across Angus, you will be responsible for the delivery of a Health & Wellbeing programme of suitable, agreed exercises or physical activity to support and motivate people to manage their own physical and mental health conditions, along with a focus on prevention, recovery and health promotion.
A friendly outgoing personality, the ability to use your initiative, work as part of a team and experience of working with customers are essential. Are you adaptable and resilient, innovative and enthusiastic, customer and results focused, hardworking and willing to learn? This could be the job for you to make a difference to your local community.
As this role will see you support people living with long term conditions, you will need to have a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification or be currently working towards it and will qualify within 3 months of starting in the role.
